Passion Fruit (Gulupa)
The part of the fruit that is used (eaten) is the pulpy juicy seeds. Passion fruits can also be squeezed to make juice.
The fruit is round with a thin, hard shell, which turns from green to purple when ripe. The arils of the pulp are yellowish gray to orange, between sweet and acid.
